After forming a friendship with Phil, the bassist of Taproot, while I was in college, I was able to score a photopass to their show at Austin’s Saloon in Libertyville, IL. I’m very thankful for Phil, he gave me a chance when I was just starting out as a concert photographer. Cool dude!
